Today I'm sharing with you my latest work in digital rendering, such a fun activity! I've turned a simple line drawing into a Parisian Chic interior space with Photoshop. I've drawn all my favourite materials and decoration from my various suppliers and brands and formed this NYC penthouse with Parisian architectural elements...that I wish existed.
MY DESIGNER STATEMENT
This stylish yet functional lounge retreat defines elegance with modern Parisian architectural details; a white colour palette canvas, paneled walls, high ceilings, marble fireplace and tall windows-inviting optimal natural light into this lavish penthouse apartment in the heart of New York City. A spacious room with grey mixed and matched porcelain tiles, cool tonal walls, luxe grey and white wall accents and fluid like crystal chandelier sets the scene for this feminine, sumptuous, yet modern space.
Pops of Panton’s Rose Quartz and blush hues sorted with metallic highlights, subtle patterns and textures throughout the rooms décor adds glamour and teamed exquisitely with timeless custom made velvet couches- a look taking the interior design industry by storm. The integration of classic and contemporary styles comes to life by incorporating the designers favorite two cities in the world; drawing items from New York distributors such as ABC carpets & Home and Parisian suppliers such as Hermes which complements the designer’s local distributors in Australia such as Coco Republic, Dulux, Quantum Quartz, Tile Boutique, Today Interiors and of course the Megan Hess artwork being the focal point of the room.
Tasked with creating an elegant, contemporary and chic salon, results in a luxe, inviting and fashion forward space that at the same time is simply timeless…cést tres bon chic!
