It all began when I was 12 and my family and I moved into our newly built home; I instantly began to feel as if my 90’s childhood high gloss bedroom furniture and bright pink polka dot sheets didn’t quite seem to fit in the contemporary style home.

I began saving birthday and Christmas money to spend on decorative ornaments for my room and as I reached 14 and a half I decided to work part time alongside school to accompany my increasingly hungry interior apatite which funded most of my DIY projects and furniture. Back then most teenagers my age were asking their parents for ipods…no, not me…I was asking for 1000 count cotton sheets and metallic floor rugs. I would turn ugly wooden shoe racks into stunning miniature bookshelves, sand back old study tables and recreate and brighten them up, reupholster chairs and even attempted to sew pillow cases.

13 years later and here we are…I’ve had the opportunity to work and collaborate with companies including Dulux Paint, House of Home, Black Mango, East Land Shopping Centre, Mon Purse, Priceline Pharmacy My Furniture AU, iBuildNew, Tribe, Tile Boutique as well as international companies such as Mapiful, Key Smart and American Express.
